INSTRUCTIONS FOR WIPER INSTALLATION KIT
EASY INSTALLATION! Just plug it in.
Parts included: (1) Wiper wiring harness, (1) Cigarette lighter adapter, (1) Direct connect wire, (1) Extension cord, (2) Replacement fuses, (4) Zip ties.
1. Installation using a cigarette lighter adapter (Easy Installation)
- Option A: (Through Drivers Door)
- Take the wire with two (2) male and one (1) female connector and attach the two male ends to wiper blades. Use zip ties provided to secure wires to wiper arms.
- Open the hood and run the wire (female connector) under the hood toward the drivers side fender. Feed wire under the fender toward the door jamb (between the fender and the door frame).
- From inside the door jamb, pull back the doors rubber seal and run the wire behind the seal and reinsert the seal.
- Connect the wire with the cigarette lighter adapter attached. Note: If required, an extension cord has been provided to add more length.
- Run the wire under the dash (use a twist tie to secure wire if required)
- Plug in cigarette lighter adapter to activate heating element in wipers. (Note: Wipers are equipped with a thermostatic sensor and will only activate when the temperature is below 40°F / 4°C).
- Option B: (Through Firewall)
- Take the wire with two (2) male and one (1) female connector and attach the two male ends to wiper blades. Use zip ties provided to secure wires to wiper arms.
- Open hood of vehicle and feed the wire (female connector) down through a hole / plug in the firewall (I.e. Look for rubber grommet on firewall or feed wire through the existing wiring harness that passes through firewall). Note: If required, an extension cord has been provided.
- From inside the vehicle, connect the wire with cigarette lighter adapter attached, to the female connector coming in through the firewall.
- Plug in cigarette lighter adapter to activate heating element in wipers. (Note: wiper s are equipped with a thermostatic sensor and will only activate when the temperature is below 40°F / 4°C).
- 2. Installation using direct connect wire (Experienced persons only)
- 1. Take the wire with two (2) male and one (1) female connector and attach male ends to wiper blades. Use zip ties provided to secure wires to wiper arms.
- 2. Open hood of vehicle and connect the female end to the male connector on the direct connect wire.
- (This is the wire with red and black wires exposed).
- 3. Connect red wire (+ positive) to a positive (+) keyed power source (any power feed that only has power when the key is in the on position and likewise no power when the key is in the off position). Next, connect the black wire to a negative (-) ground. (Note: Do not connect to battery or alternator)
- 4. Heating element in wipers will activate when key is turned on. (Note: wipers are equipped with a thermostatic sensor and will only activate when the temperature is below 40°F / 4°C).
1: Measure the length of each wiper blade.
(Some cars have a different size on drivers side from passenger side.)

3: We will have PAY PAL send you a payment request. When you have made payment, we will send you the wipers.
